Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life. All spheres of human life are covered in it. From birth to death how a human being will lead his/her life is described in Islam in a systematic way. Islamic concept of guardianship gives a clear idea of maintaining a child until it attains the age of majority. This maintaining includes taking care of body, property and other belongings of a minor. After coming to this world normally a child is maintained by its parent. Father and mother are jointly responsible to take care of their child. Similarly, husband is to maintain his wife from the moment of marriage. The Article deals with the maintenance of minor children, wife, poor parents and also with the application of both the Shariah and Statutory laws in Bangladesh to ensure protection of the rights of the children wife and poor parents.

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this: Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.) read more
