Abstract

A trade union, as is generally understood and accepted all over the world, is a continuing permanent and democratic organization, voluntarily created by and for workers to protect them at this work, to improve the conditions of their work by collective bargaining procedure. The problems of worker differ from country to country and from industry to industry even from workplace to another workplace in the same town or district. The trade union is formed for the purpose to get the legitimate interests from the proper authority. Thus each, whether local union or national centre, is unique of its own pattern.
The territory now comprising of Bangladesh had once been part of British India and there after Pakistan and as such it inherited trade unionism and trade union laws. Industrialization is very slow in Bangladesh, yet froin the historical point of view the origin and growth of trade unionism here is quite old and continuous.

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this: Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.) read more
