The journal seeks to uphold the principles of academic excellence, originality, intellectual integrity, and ethical publishing through a rigorous review and editorial process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aims and Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Praxis<\/em> welcomes original and unpublished research articles, review essays, and scholarly contributions in the areas of <strong>English literature, literary theory and criticism, linguistics, English language studies, cultural studies, translation studies, postcolonial studies, and English Language Teaching (ELT)<\/strong>. The journal also encourages interdisciplinary research that maintains a substantial connection with English studies and related humanities disciplines. By fostering diverse critical perspectives and methodological approaches, <em>Praxis<\/em> aims to contribute meaningfully to contemporary academic discourse at both national and international levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ethical Standards and Originality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The journal maintains a strict policy regarding academic honesty and originality. All submissions must be free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring accurate citation, proper acknowledgment of sources, and adherence to accepted standards of scholarly ethics. Any violation of publication ethics may result in immediate rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission and Formatting Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> All manuscripts must be written in clear and standard English.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Citation Style:<\/strong> Contributors should follow either <strong>MLA (9th edition)<\/strong> or <strong>APA (7th edition)<\/strong>, depending on the disciplinary focus of the paper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manuscript Requirements:<\/strong> Submissions should include an abstract, keywords, and a short author bio-note.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formatting:<\/strong> Manuscripts must follow the journal\u2019s prescribed formatting and submission guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Authorship:<\/strong> Authors must provide accurate institutional affiliations and full disclosure of co-authorship where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Review and Editorial Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, <em>Praxis<\/em> ensures an impartial and confidential evaluation process in which both reviewers and authors remain anonymous. Each submission is assessed on the basis of originality, scholarly relevance, methodological soundness, clarity of argument, and contribution to the field. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor editorial revisions for consistency, style, and clarity without affecting the central argument of the work.
