The contributors freely expressed their views and suggested at times amendment, repeal, new legislation in the context of socio-political changes of our time. This is just a humble beginning of noble end. It is expected that my successors will continue to publish the journal regularly every year and will enrich it in original beauty and pave the way to the discovery of new knowledge for the study of law.
