The problems of worker differ from country to country and from industry to industry even from workplace to another workplace in the same town or district. The trade union is formed for the purpose to get the legitimate interests from the proper authority. Thus each, whether local union or national centre, is unique of its own pattern.<br \/>\nThe territory now comprising of Bangladesh had once been part of British India and there after Pakistan and as such it inherited trade unionism and trade union laws.
