Different governments and non-governmental organizations and human rights workers are highly concern regarding the deteriorating state of human rights at home and abroad. In fact, human rights situation has been worsening due to ethnic, religious, political, sex and language differences. Intolerance, absence of rule of law, hatred towards humanity, high political ambitions and above all, lack of respect towards humanity are hindrances against protection and promotion of human rights.
