Abstract
The Quran is the center of gravity of all Islamic political, legal, economic, and cultural thoughts. Other sources of Islamic laws are neither completely divinely ordained nor the result of any intellectual and spiritual exercise of any particular groups of human beings. In fact, Islamic law is the culmination of the entire chain of all prophetic wisdom and traditions ingrained in heavenly human nature to pursue an ultimate task of establishing justice on earth to defeat all visible and invisible satanic forces that tend to make the world a shadow of hell. Islamic law and Jurisprudential thoughts are here on earth to ensure a lovely and beautiful world to be cultivated for achieving eternal glory, mortality, and salvation, and that cannot be reached through zulm (cruelty and exploitation). Here is the diametrically opposite direction we get in contrast to all other legal systems so far humanity have established and inherited. The stories of the rise and fall of Muslim nations in the annals of history are not fully capable to discover all dimensions of Islamic jurisprudential essence to be upheld for the greater interests of humanity irrespective of races, religions, and gender. The Islamic vision of unity in diversity and pluralism of all kinds, including cultural and sectarian, is the central theme of this paper. The author’s endeavor (ghayra) to interrelate four fundamental sources of Islamic law and their consequence in real material life is the outcome of this research that need to be revisited again and again for the quest of better understanding of divinely dimensions and depths of Islamic jurisprudence.
