Abstract

With the advancement of public rights beyond the traditional dominion of individualism and private right, public interest litigation as an effective legal proceeding is dominating the current legal plane in different names and shapes across the world. The ultimate objective of any branch of law relies on the virtual application in the course of proceedings, and in that regard, public interest litigation demonstrates its success by rendering justice to all, preferably to the disadvantaged people. The enormous outcomes of this inimitable litigation process drive against the state authority to internalise the attitude in formulating the legislations, upholding the greater interest of the nationals and restraining from the haughty and detrimental actions by abusing the entrusted power.ban
